Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all HR activities at the factory, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
  • Manage and develop the HR team to support factory operations efficiently and align with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, especially those applicable in Quang Tri province.
  • Design and implement HR strategies and policies 
  • Build and maintain effective recruitment channels and community networks to ensure timely and qualified hiring.
  • Manage wage structures, benefits, and welfare programs in line with local expectations and market standards.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve labor disputes fairly and effectively.
  • Communicate with internal departments and external partners using English as required for daily operations.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role as an HR Team Leader specifically at a knit or woven garment factory 
  • Basic English communication skills for daily HR-related work
  • Local labor characteristics and trends
  • Effective recruitment channels and community outreach
  • Application of local labor laws and regulations
  • Competitive wage structures, welfare policies, and labor conflict resolution practice​
