Job Description

  • Developing and implementing HR strategy. (recruitment, training, and performance evaluation)
  • Managing the recruitment process and onboarding proces. 
  • Employee lifecycle and Off boarding.
  • Training and development of human resources and Performance management and performance review(employee evaluation).
  • Employee Relations - Resolving human resources issues and Managing administrative and human resources activities. 
  • Managing compensation and benefits and supporting in-house training. 
  • Employee Health & Wellbeing
  • Response to external agency official documents. 
  • Legal support, insurance management. 
  • Employment Law - Policy writing/guidance etc. 
  • HR Admin - Management of major internal(in-house) events and schedules.
  • HR Admin - Managing asset inspections and office supplies.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, sociology, law or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience of HR (Manufacturing industry preferred). 
  • At least 5years experience at HR advisor or Manager level
  • Business-level (Fluent) English and Vietnamese
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Business Acumen (Strategic thinking,Data analysis and interpretation and Knowledge of labor laws)
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of HR and Administration.
  • HR Expertise (Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation)
  • Technological Skills (Microfost office, Data management, HR software)
