Job Description

A factory is looking for HR Manager (HRM) with duties:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's development direction.
  • Labor Management for both the main factory and satellite companies/subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate and work with customer audit teams during factory assessments, particularly in HR-related areas such as compliance, employee records, and labor practices.
  • Build, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and reflect company needs.
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems (KPIs, efficiency-based evaluation).
  • Lead annual compensation & benefits review, including proposals and negotiation of salary structures and incentive schemes.
  • Manage recruitment, training, employee relations, and benefits programs.
  • Represent the company in dealings with government authorities on labor.
  • Manage and develop the internal HR team.
  • Promote a positive working environment and company culture.
  • Willing to business trip as required for inter-factory support or external coordination.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing company with over 1,000 employees.
  • Hands-on experience with customer factory audits, especially regarding HR documentation, labor compliance, and employee welfare.
  • Deep knowledge of HR operations, labor relations, performance evaluation systems, and C&B frameworks.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
