Job Description
- Control all import – export jobs and staffs.
- Check the shipping, CO documents which the staffs do.
- Follow up and compare the materials, finished-goods inventory with warehouse and accounting books monthly.
- Job assignment for staffs.
- Keep in touch on the Customs as any issue.
- Contact to FWD to handle all happens.
- Check and finish the liquidation report to the customs in the fiscal year-end.
- Get, follow and update the PO from customers and all departments.
- Contact to the FWD to get the booking to export the customer's PO request.
- Communicate with buyers about all the issues related to AIR shipment requests, PO pending, packing approval…
- Handle all the issues related to buyer’ issues, complaints.
Job Requirement
- Good commands of English;
- Familiar with: MS Office and ERP; analyzation/ report tools.
- Must have experience in manufacturing at Epzone
- Hand on experience with over 10,000 items code
