Manager of Management Accounting

Our client isa leading manufacturer of flour and spices. Due to business development needs,they require a potential candidate for the position of Manager of ManagementAccounting with the following job details:

·       Developfinancial plans, implement and monitor financial activities, and controlbudgets. Maintain liquidity and ensure sufficient financial resources for thebusiness.

·       Analyzethe company's financial situation as well as market business trends.

·       Preparemanagement reports and develop comprehensive short, medium, and long-termfinancial strategies for the company.

·       Review,control, and analyze periodic financial reports. Examine, assess, and analyzeforecasts.

·       Organizeand manage the financial and accounting system to match the company'soperational requirements at different stages.

·       Controlrisks by analyzing the company's debts and risks in business activities andcollaborations.

·       Coordinatewith the organization to establish KPIs and operational processes fordepartments/units.

·       Collaborateto propose business promotion programs.

·       Controlproduct costs and selling prices.

·       Developbusiness plans and prepare documentation for medium and long-term bankfinancing.

·       Improvethe ERP system.

·       Backgroundin Accounting, Management Accounting. Experience in positions such as Chief Accountant before progressing to Finance.

·       Universitydegree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.

·       Possessesvision, insight, integrity in work, and the ability to manage and lead.

·       Strongfinancial analysis skills and systematic thinking.

·       Abilityto connect and manage the financial system (regulatory framework and processsystem), and to advise, plan, and implement financial strategies.

·       Preferencefor those with professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, and CFO.

·       Experiencein Business Intelligence (BI) report.
