MARKETING DIRECTOR (INDUSTRIAL PARK)

Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Industrial Park’s infrastructure and services to global investors (FDI), particularly focusing on Chinese and English-speaking markets.
Lead the Customer Care initiatives to support existing tenants post-investment. Ensure high satisfaction levels and build long-term relationships with corporate investors within the IP
Collaborate with the Operation team to organize investment seminars, trade fairs, and site visits for potential international partners.
Oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track investor interactions, handle grievances, and optimize the "after-sales" service experience.
Manage multi-language marketing collateral (Websites, LinkedIn, Brochures) and PR activities to enhance the industrial park's reputation as a top-tier investment destination.
Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team to achieve KPIs related to lead generation and brand awareness.

Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in Marketing management, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role (Director or Head of Marketing).
Proven experience in Customer Care/Customer Experience or B2B Marketing. Experience in Industrial Real Estate, Service is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in Chinese or English (Mandatory).Highly Preferred: Candidates who are fluent in both Chinese and English to communicate effectively with a diverse range of international investors.
Deep understanding of the investment landscape in Northern Vietnam (Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, etc.).
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and high-level networking skills.
Ability to work flexibly across different provinces in the Northern region.
