Job Description

Our client is an global pharmaceutical in Vietnam. 


1.1 C&C Brand Manager is responsible for the tactical execution of the Consumer Brand Activation function at the OPU assigned, which includes:

- Planning, executing, and, executing all ATL, BTL, doctors’ programs

- Monitoring and directly supervising all marketing activation programs of C&C and ST brands prior to approval from CC & GI Group Brand Manager

- Developing briefs for communication and media agencies

- Coordinating with Trade Marketing for allocation of program resources/ POS materials, and, conducting program evaluation

- Preparing reports and evaluations of Consumer Activations and Doctors’ Programs, and, preparing medico marketing activities


2.1. C&C Brand Manager is responsible for managing all required and essential steps and activities to launch Line extension, which includes:

- Coordinating/ working with the OPU/ ROPU Marketing to develop a BIP, and, in localizing the campaign and packaging design

- Coordinating/ working with DRA managers for NBO compliance, submission, and, registration to Health Authority

- Leading NBO monthly update meeting with related Department and to ensure LE launch to meet timeline

2.2. C&C Brand Manager is responsible for working with ROPU Media Excellence to ensure compliant and effective media placement, which includes:

2.3. C&C Brand Manager is responsible for managing and controlling brand management activities of assigned group of products, which includes:

- Creating annual budget DP per brand

- Creation of the annual marketing plan

- Maintaining DP ration

2.4. C&C Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the Group Brand Manager with completing the following:


3.1. C&C Brand Manager supports knowledge and skill sharing within the CHC organizaion

3.2. C&C Brand Manager builds relationships with respective functions with the OPU

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 4 years experienced in Marketing, and 2 years as Brand Manager
  • Evidenced experience in consumer / FMCG marketing, preferably with OTC background
  • Experience of managing budgets and project planning; financial forecasting (Sales, DP and Cost Centre budgeting)
  • IT literate (Word / Excel / PPT)
  • Implementation of marketing activities through self or team
  • Develop and deliver presentations to various audiences
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of role including regulatory processes and procedures and pharmacovigilance (PV).
  • Good team worker
  • Creative, proactive & enthusiastic
