Job Description
We arelooking for talent for Printing Leader/Manager for the company that manufacturesshrink sleeve labels, spouted pouches and label-application machines with:
· Ensure the department meets KPI targets.
· Develop production processes and work instructions for the printingdepartment.
· Train the printing department on production techniques and workprocedures.
· Manage compliance with work processes among members of the printingdepartment.
· Provide technical support for printing and resolve any issues that ariseduring production.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
· Propose cost-saving solutions.
· Implement Kaizen to improve production processes.
· Collaborate with other departments to gather information, provideproduction solutions, and resolve production issues.
· Execute research and improvement projects in production.
· Other tasks are assigned by line manager
Job Requirement
- Skill: Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Requires special: A minimum over 5 years with experience in Flexo Printing, decal label, Printing machine, Flexo ink, silkscreen, gravure printing.
- English: Business level
- Bachelor’s degree in Printing or related field.
