PRODUCTION MANAGER (PACKAGING & LABEL)

Our Client is a well-established and highly reputable manufacturer in the packaging and label industry. To support their business expansion and drive operational excellence, we are looking for a talented and dynamic Production Manager / Plant Manager to oversee their state-of-the-art facility in Binh Duong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Direct all factory activities to optimize efficiency, safety, and productivity.
• Planning & Quality: Oversee production planning, raw material procurement, inventory levels, and factory quality control.
• Maintenance & Asset Management: Supervise preventive maintenance for machinery and plan for infrastructure expansion or investments.
• Team Leadership: Build, train, and allocate production staff to foster a high-performing team.

• Experience: 10+ years of extensive experience in factory or production management (Background in packaging/label industry preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• Language: Good command of English (working with expats/global standards).
• Skills: Strong leadership, operational planning, critical thinking, and the ability to thrive under high pressure.
