Job Description

Our client is global company that provide government inspections & international trade Services, we are looking for project coordination with details:

  • Develop business to achieve the department business plan and targets;
  • Overall processing of orders from customers: quotation, order creation, handover, follow up and payment;
  • Calculating quotation prices and tracking quotations;
  • Communicating and coordinating with customers, inspectors and laboratory personnel for project handling and related travel arrangements;
  • Scheduling technical and human resources based on project requirements;
  • Registering samples under relevant orders;
  • Supporting inspectors by creating or checking draft technical reports;
  • Maintaining documents of quality management system (QMS) of laboratory, ensuring that QMS rules are well followed, and providing administrative support to internal and external audits;
  • Upload all necessary documents onto Secure Shipment Platform prior to issuing any CoC;
  • Collect feedback from customers about actual services, initiate, perform required actions (recording, documenting, correction / problem solving / complaint handling), and update relevant parties accordingly;
  • Carrying out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Experience in the role of B2B customer services or project management
  • Experience related to industrial or technical fields (electrical, chemical, physical or mechanical testing)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Assertiveness and interpersonal integration skills
  • Persuasive presentation and communication skills
  • Good time management, planning and organizing skills
  • Responsible and can-do working attitude, ability to motivate people
  • Calmness under pressure, decision-making ability
