Job Description
Our client specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of high-end retail interiors for prestigious clients across Southeast Asia.
The Role: Sales & Project Management
- You will be the critical link between securing new projects and ensuring their successful, high-quality delivery across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify, pursue, and secure new, high-value projects, leveraging your existing network in luxury retail and fashion.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain a strong personal client portfolio to ensure repeat business and manage client relationships, issues, and expectations.
- Project Execution: Oversee the full project lifecycle, liaising with client Project Managers to meet quality standards and strict timelines.
- Coordination: Manage internal project processes, assist with preparing quotations/tenders, and track project payments/progress.
Job Requirement
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable sales track record and experience in high-end interior design and contracting (luxury retail/fashion sector preferred).
- Ability to generate new business via a strong personal network.
- Proficient in reading project drawings and using office applications.
- Fluency in English (preferred) or Chinese.
Compensation & Growth
- Performance-Based Pay: Competitive base salary plus a strong commission structure tied to sales achievements.
- Target Earning: Total annual compensation range is typically VND 400M – 700M+, with higher earnings based on performance (target sales of VND 20 Billion).
