Job Description
- Receive purchase requests from the Sales Department and other departments, calculate the required quantity, and place orders.
- Source and identify suitable suppliers that meet company requirements.
- Prepare documents for customs clearance, product conformity certificates, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with logistics companies to transport goods to the warehouse.
- Control inventory levels. Collaborate with the warehouse department to manage and store goods.
- Draft contracts, monitor accounts payable, and prepare documents for payment processing.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to address and resolve customer issues and complaints related to goods.
- Work with suppliers on product warranties and after-sales service.
- Prepare product-related documents as per customer requests (CO/CQ, test reports, etc.).
- Report on supplier delivery progress.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department before, during, and after sales.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
- 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or import/export.
- In-depth knowledge of import procedures from overseas and international trade terms.
- Full-time position at the District 1 office in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Fluent in English communication; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in office software and strong communication skills.
