Job Description
- Manage and responsible for sales result and all activities of the store chains.
- Manage income, costs, gross profit and ensure operations achieve sales target.
- Manage people, store operations and environment to achieve sales, service, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals
- Implement the oriented marketing programs and sales activities.
- Propose the sales plan to increase sales.
- Work with related partner to build an effective management system for sale activities and to maintain target customers.
Job Requirement
- Over 5 years of experience with the same position in retail home appliances
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
- In-depth knowledge of retail store chain development
- Experience in planning promotions.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional proficiency in English
