Job Description
A globally recognized leader in testing, inspection, and certification services is seeking customer oriented attitude, strong selling and negotiation person for Sale Manager or Business Development Manager with responsibilities as:
- Develop and implement strategic business and marketing plans for assigned business areas.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, updating direct manager regularly.
- Introduce new products and services in testing, inspection, and certification, fostering relationships to meet sales goals.
- Identify, pursue, and close potential business opportunities in testing/inspection/certification services.
- Conduct market research to support business development initiatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by leveraging company resources for successful sales execution.
- Monitor assigned accounts, review engagement activities, and update account plans.
- Lead account teams as needed and assist management in ensuring quality and process improvements in the department.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Chemistry or laboratory working background
- Well understand about market and test requirement for consumable (softlines) product.
- At least 03 years’ experience in the area of business development
- Experience to work for an international certification and testing provider
- Good command of English skills and MS office
- Good organizing and planning skills
