Job Description
- Oversee the marketing and sales of raw materials in the cosmetics, dietary supplement, and other related industries.
- Strive to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct client visits to understand and identify customer needs; collaborate with the LAB team to provide technical advice and support customers in developing new product lines.
- Regularly survey the market related to relevant industries to monitor trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and develop the current customer base while building and expanding new client relationships; foster strong relationships with customers.
- Address product and service-related issues, ensuring the delivery of the best service to customers.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry or a related field.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the industry.
- Proficient in reading and understanding technical documents in English, with good communication skills and the ability to participate in training sessions conducted by foreign experts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure.
- Strong skills in sales, communication, persuasion, and negotiation.
- Detail-oriented, honest, and willing to provide support.
