Job Description
- Sales planning and execution
- Processing new sales leads
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Monitoring customer accounts
- Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
- Keeping track of sales targets
- Attention to detail and scheduling diaries
- Consistently provide support to the operations, Customer service and sales team
- Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Other duties assigned by Superior or Management
- Supporting to set up SOP and smooth Operation when secure new project if any
Job Requirement
- Graduated from University in Transportation/Economics or other relevant fields
- 2-years experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics operation is preferable
- Familiar with OFF, AFF and CL&T operation
- Communicated in English fluently
