Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the Industrial Motor sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence and providing high-level technical consultations to our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with existing accounts (Factories, OEMs, Contractors, and Distributors).

  • Market Share Expansion: Strategically acquire and convert key accounts from competitors to increase market penetration.

  • Technical Consultation: Provide expert technical solutions and advisory services tailored to industrial motor applications.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with technical and internal operations teams to ensure seamless order execution and project delivery.

  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Job Requirement

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial motor sales.
  • Preferably candidates with experience at multinational motor manufacturers or industrial motor distributors.
  • Strong customer network in industries with high motor consumption.
  • Good project sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, able to work under pressure.
