Job Description
Sales planning and execution
- Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value
- Ensure that all potential bids or proactive selling opportunities are in alignment with company standards as it relates to legal requirements, profitability, and logistics product portfolio
- Working with managing, and leading a team to ensure all tenders are presented professionally, on time and to the specification of the client
- Manage and prioritise workloads to ensure compliance with business and client deadlines
- Make Cost Simulation and Prepare quotation for all RFQ/Tender (include Freight management, Customs Clearance, Trucking, warehouse, Distribution and other required by RFQ/tender)
- Set up SOP and smooth Operation when secure new project
Reporting
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly management report
- CRM report and update
- Manage, administer, supervise, assign work to employees belonging to BD Department
- Participating in the labour discipline process, claiming compensation for damage according to the authorization, sequence and procedures specified in the Company Labour Rule
Other
- Performs job related duties as specified by management from time to time
Job Requirement
- Graduated from University in Transportation/Economics or other relevant fields
- 5-year experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics operation is preferable
- Familiar with OFF, AFF and CL&T operations
- Understanding about the market and competitors' products
- Communicated in English fluently
