Job Description
Lead the Nylon Yarn market expansion strategy and build strategic partnerships with top textile manufacturers at a global leader in industrial yarns, we are looking for Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Nylon Yarn sales across target markets.
- Identify, approach, and secure new customers independently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with textile mills, fabric manufacturers, garment manufacturers, and trading companies.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and business closure.
- Achieve annual sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Explore and develop new market opportunities for Nylon Yarn products.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Propose market penetration strategies and growth initiatives.
- Establish long-term partnerships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal production, planning, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 20 years of experience in yarn sales, textile sales, or related business development roles especially extensive sales experience in Nylon Yarn or Polyester/PET Yarn businesses.
- Strong understanding of Nylon Yarn, PET Yarn, textile manufacturing processes, and supply chains.
- Experience working with leading textile groups, garment manufacturers, or organizations and related industry players.
- Familiarity with regional textile markets in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
- Proven experience in independently developing customers
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
