Senior Odoo Developer

Job Benefit

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and applications.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
Implement and configure Odoo ERP modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Human Resources.
Develop custom features, workflows, reports, and integrations with third-party systems.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo applications and deployments.
Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
Create technical documentation and provide support during deployment and post-implementation phases.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
In-depth knowledge of Odoo framework, architecture, ORM, and module development.
Experience with Odoo Community and/or Enterprise editions.
Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business workflows.
Experience integrating Odoo with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and third-party services.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
