Job Description
- Be responsible for daily overall activities and working effectiveness in Project department.
- Be responsible for managing and using manpower and equipments effectively.
- Be responsible for project planning, to operate for project achievement, to ensure the technology, product quality and productivity have to be efficiency
- Build the development projects, operational solutions which should be followed factory specifications.
- Co-ordinate with related departments to ensure that the factory is always under well operation, machines and equipments which have to clean and maintain frequently
- Co-ordinate with HR department in recruitment and training staff in order to improve their skills and manpower development.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor graduated in Technology or related.
- Having experience in plastic production, 5 years experience in Supervisor or Manager
- Very good in, planning, communication and well presentable, proactive, tender, team work…
- Understand the operation principles of industrial system in plant
