Senior Recruiter - TA Senior

Our client, a leading global manufacturer of interconnect solutions is expanding its operations in Vietnam with a high-tech facility in Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen to produce advanced connectors, cables, and optical devices looking for a Senior Recruiter with below detail:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, particularly for operator roles.
• Lead end-to end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels (labor market, colleges, job postings), conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.
• Recommend effective recruitment strategies and channels to enhance hiring efficiency, especially for operators and technicians.
• Design, manage, and deliver onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Coordinate training activities including orientation, soft skills, technical skills, and e-learning courses.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards related to:
• 6S & Kaizen / Environmental Health & Safety
• RBA & Social Responsibility

• College/University degree with Majors in Administration, Human Resources, Languages, or Education ...
• 5 years of relevant experience up
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Initiative and creativity in problem-solving
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Confident in public speaking and presentation delivery
• High energy and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
