Job Description
Our client, a leading global manufacturer of interconnect solutions is expanding its operations in Vietnam with a high-tech facility in Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen to produce advanced connectors, cables, and optical devices looking for a Senior Recruiter with below detail:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, particularly for operator roles.
- Lead end-to end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels (labor market, colleges, job postings), conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.
- Recommend effective recruitment strategies and channels to enhance hiring efficiency, especially for operators and technicians.
- Design, manage, and deliver onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Coordinate training activities including orientation, soft skills, technical skills, and e-learning courses.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards related to:
- 6S & Kaizen / Environmental Health & Safety
- RBA & Social Responsibility
Job Requirement
- College/University degree with Majors in Administration, Human Resources, Languages, or Education ...
- 5 years of relevant experience up
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Initiative and creativity in problem-solving
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Confident in public speaking and presentation delivery
- High energy and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
