Job Description
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and action plans to achieve assigned sales targets in the Southern Vietnam market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and foreign manufacturers in the electronics sector, fostering long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct regular customer visits and communications to understand business needs, offer appropriate solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Provide basic technical consultations, coordinate product demonstrations, and work with technical experts to address customer requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and basic commercial negotiations on pricing, delivery terms, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams (factory, service team, parts team, and local agents) to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales service.
- Monitor local market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business expansion and report insights to the management team.
- Support marketing initiatives by attending or helping organize local seminars, customer events, and exhibitions in the Southern region.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports (weekly, monthly) including pipeline updates, visit reports, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related jobs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related equivalent.
- Good communication in Chinese and English
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.
