Are you a skilled professional in network and cybersecurity solutions with a passion for innovative technologies? We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant (Presales) to join our team. If you are an expert in solution consulting and presales with a strong technical background, this role offers an exciting opportunity to impact businesses and support our clients through cutting-edge solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct presales activities, including presenting, consulting, and designing network/security systems for potential clients, running solution demos, and providing bid support.
- Deliver regular training and updates on products and solutions to both Partners and Clients.
- Research and stay updated on the latest cybersecurity solutions and global technology trends.
- Report directly to the Department Head.
Job Requirement
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with security solutions such as NGFW, IPS/IDS, Endpoint Security, WAF, SEG, SWG, DDoS Protection, APT Protection, SIEM, SOAR, CASB, Cloud Security, etc., is a strong advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNA Security, AWS-SAA, CEH, Security+, NSE4, etc., are a plus.
- Language skills: English proficiency at a level equivalent to TOEIC 650 or above, with strong communication and presentation abilities in English.
- Strong presentation skills with confidence in delivering solution proposals is a plus.
- Skills in planning and time management.
- Solid background in cybersecurity.
