Job Description
Title: Solutions Manager or BD manager or Project manager
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill a new Manager-level position. This role will focus on providing technical leadership and strategic oversight for our projects, with the potential for future team growth.
Key Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: A solid technical understanding of telecom infrastructure, particularly Internet networks, is highly valued.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing telecom infrastructure projects is a significant advantage.
- Sales Acumen: Prior enterprise sales experience in Internet services is welcomed.
- Industry Knowledge: Working experience within or with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) will be a major plus.
Job Requirement
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Telecommunications Infrastructure, Computer Science, or Network Engineering, is a must.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in one of the following roles:
- Project Manager, Telecom Infrastructure
- Senior Business Development Manager, Telecom
- Solutions Manager, Internet Infrastructure
- Language : English & Japanese (Business level. Min N2 level)
- Skills: The ideal candidate is a proactive, independent, and dynamic self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong collaborative spirit.
