Job Description
Our client, a leading global manufacturer of interconnect solutions is expanding its operations in Vietnam with a high-tech facility in Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen to produce advanced connectors, cables, and optical devices looking for a TA Manager with below detail:
- Partner with site leadership and BU leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning
- Provide market insights, hiring risks, and solutions under ambitious targets
- Use data to track progress and drive decision-making
- Oversee mass hiring for factory operations (Direct Labor)
- Lead recruitment for engineering, operations, and corporate roles (Indirect Labor)
- Design hybrid hiring models (in-house + agencies + partners)
- Ensure delivery on volume, speed, and quality targets
- Build strong employer branding to support large-scale hiring
- Develop partnerships with:
- Government & labor authorities
- Universities & vocational schools
- Recruitment agencies
- Create sustainable talent pipelines for future needs

Establish scalable recruitment processes, systems, and governance
- Build and lead a strong TA team under fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Drive execution excellence, discipline, and continuous improvement
Job Requirement
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition leadership and mass hiring
- Strong capability in building scalable recruitment models and systems
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Ability to thrive under stretch goals and fast timelines
- Strong English communication skills
- High integrity and results-driven mindset
- Background in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Strategic thinking with strong execution
