Job Description
Job Objective
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Training Manager to lead our learning initiatives while ensuring all processes align with internal Quality Assurance (QA) standards. This role is designed for a high-potential professional who aims to transition into a Human Resources Manager role within the next 2–3 years.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Talent Development
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses through job analysis and consultation with department heads.
- Design, plan, and execute comprehensive training programs (soft skills, technical skills, and leadership development).
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, ROI, and success periodically.
2. Quality Assurance (QA) Integration
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Training department.
- Audit training activities to ensure compliance with company quality standards and ISO requirements (if applicable).
- Utilize QA methodologies to analyze data and improve the efficiency of HR processes.
3. Strategic HR & Career Progression
- Assist the current leadership in broader HR functions, including Employee Engagement, C&B, and Performance Management (KPIs).
- Gradually take over HR administrative and strategic planning tasks to prepare for the HRM transition.
- Build a strong employer brand and internal culture.
Job Requirement
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Training & Development or HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- QA Knowledge: Proven understanding of Quality Assurance principles, SOP development, or internal auditing.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory for reporting and international collaboration.
- Skills: * Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics.
- Leadership potential with a desire to manage a full-scale HR department.
