- Responsible for reviewing, submission and approval of quotations for Book
- Build customer’s relationships and customer databases
- Set up the customer – oriented strategies to develop sales channels and increase market share
- Gather & Evaluate information about potential clients
- Advise the management on appropriate business strategies
- Monitor and Evaluate client’s account status
- Support & Solve technical problems
- Forecast sales revenue
- Support and develop customer service
- Responsible for achieving the sales targets
- Provide Coaching, motivation and leadership to Sales Team
- Organise communication between clients, business partners & company’s management
- PR for the company
