- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
- Resolving key client issues and complaints
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
- Strategic planning to improve client results
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
- Cooperate and work with sub-distribution to develop business and relationship with KOLs
- Follow up the clinical studies.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Prefer Graduated HCM Medical University or College
At least 4 years of sales experience
Available relationships with KOLs
English: listening, speaking, reading, writing fluently
Enthusiastic, hard-working, energetic and ability to work under pressure.
