Mô tả công việc
- Identifying potential customers, especially in Domestic Market.
- Prepare action plans for an effective search for Domestic sales leads and prospects.
- Contacting the developed customer list via different communication channels like cold calling.
- Preparing and presenting sales presentations and reports.
- Developing and maintaining positive and long-term customer relationships.
- Achieving sales targets within the set deadlines.
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions of sale with clients.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and potential clients.
- Interacting with clients on a regular basis to build rapport, identify needs, and close deals.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Promptly submitting customers' purchase orders to the relevant department for processing
- Collaborate with other departments for co-sale and delivery activities.
- Identifies key customers and keeps up-to-date records (contact, data, projects…) of all current customers and prospective customers, new sales opportunities, and generating interest in products or services.
- Any other ad-duties assigned when required
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 7+ years of experience in Sales, in which 3+ years of experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, or a similar role
- Good English is a must (Chinese will be a plus)
- University/college degree
- Knowledge of sales industry trends and practices
- Communication and persuasion skills
- Good organizational skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
