Job Description

As an Agriculture Technical Staff, you will play a key role in bridges the gap between agricultural science and field practice:

  • Technical Support & Consulting: Provide innovative agricultural solutions and advise customers/farmers on high-efficiency fertilizer application.
  • Field Trials & Demos: Set up, manage, and monitor field demonstration plots (Demos) to evaluate and showcase product efficacy on various crops.
  • Seminars & Workshops: Coordinate and conduct field/farmer seminars to promote products and share advanced cultivation techniques directly with local communities.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Collect field data, conduct soil sample analysis, and prepare reports as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor/Engineer's Degree or above.
  • Majors: Agronomy, Crop/Plant Science, Plant Protection, Soil Science, or other agriculture-related fields.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience. (Fresh graduates with strong relevant academic backgrounds and high potential are welcome to apply!).
  • Skills: * Good English communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and strong general knowledge.
    • Strong communication and technical assistance skills.
    • Ability to organize and lead field demos and farmer seminars.
  • Priority given to: Candidates with prior knowledge in crop/soil nutrients, fertilizers, plant protection products, or general cultivation.
  • Other: Good health conditions to handle business trips.
