Job Description
- Own and lead the global commercial strategy across multiple regions (UK, EU, Middle East, APAC, and Vietnam).
- Directly manage an international sales team, including:
- Senior Sales Experts based in the UK, EU, APAC, and Vietnam.
- Regional business development and customer success teams.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for both existing services and new solutions aligned with the company’s AI-enabled vision.
- Set revenue targets, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Establish strategic partnerships and alliances that support growth and market expansion.
- Represent the company at international conferences, industry events, and client meetings to build brand awareness and unlock business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, CFO and Delivery teams to align commercial strategies with technology and delivery capabilities.
- Mentor and grow the commercial team, fostering a high-performance culture.;
Job Requirement
- Proven experience in a C-level or senior commercial role, preferably within the tech, software, or IT outsourcing industry.
- Strong track record in international sales and strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience handling multicultural teams.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent communication in English (French is a plus).
- Familiarity with emerging technology trends, including AI and digital transformation.
