1) Working Place: HCM

2) Affiliation: Technical Service Dept.

3) Responsibility: Customer Service (Claim handling)

     - Input claim to CRM System

     - Corresponding with HQ and Customers

     -  Arrangement for Claim Parts acquisition and shipments

     -  Follow up

4) Gender: Female

5) Salary: Negotiable. Higher salary to the Experience person 

Job Requirement

     - Able to speak and write/read Japanese It's preferable English speaker

     - More than average skill for PC
