Job Description
- Proactively build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners both directly and online.
- Receive customer feedback and coordinate with other departments within the company to promptly resolve any arising issues.
- Provide regular reports to direct supervisors on sales performance and customer satisfaction with the company’s services.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Ability to lead a team to achieve agreed-upon goals.
- Strong listening skills and effective conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience in consulting or in the Printing and Packaging industry is an advantage (over 2 years).
- Good English skills in reading, writing, and communication.
- Knowledge of Chinese/Korean/Japanese is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
