Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager (HRM) to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes in our sports shoe manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a high-performance workforce while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Handle labor contracts, compensation & benefits, and HR policy updates.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees to maintain a positive working environment.
  • Support audits and client inspections related to labor and compliance.
  • Maintain HR records and generate reports for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and talent development.
  • Lead or support initiatives for employee engagement and organizational culture improvement.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management within the sports footwear or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Vietnam.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English or Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
