Job Description
- Marketing Strategy: Develop brand positioning and target audience strategies based on
- Southeast Asia market analysis.
- Brand Management: Oversee product lifecycle management and execute differentiation strategies against competitors.
- Brand Launching & Event Management: Plan customer experience-centric launch processes and events.
- Consumer Insights: Incorporate global trends and localization strategies from product development stages.
Job Requirement
- Experience: Required marketing experience in beauty brands, preferably skincare or cosmetics. Preferred experience with global brands like L’Oréal Paris, La Roche-Posay, Garnier, Torriden, The Ordinary, etc.
- Experience managing overseas teams and external partnerships.
- Skills: Fluent English (documentation, meetings, presentations).
