Job Description

A leader in finishing materials, interior equipment, MEP, and architecture. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Project Sales Manager to lead our Project Business Department, drive high-level partnerships, and ensure the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute annual and quarterly project business plans, including revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Team Development: Lead, train, and mentor a team of Project Specialists to achieve at least 80% of their assigned KPIs.
  • Market Expansion: Build and maintain high-level relationships with Investors (CĐT), Consultants, and Strategic General Contractors.
  • Project Oversight: Supervise the full project lifecycle from design, sample submission, and contract signing to delivery, acceptance, and payment.
  • Financial Management: Control project costs (hospitality, sales expenses) and manage team debt recovery to ensure healthy cash flow.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction project processes and finishing materials (Interior/MEP/Architecture).
  • Network: An existing professional network of Investors, General Contractors, and Consultants.
  • Skills: * Expertise in bidding document preparation.
    • Strong negotiation, planning, and risk management skills.
    • Proficiency in business data analysis and market forecasting.
  • Attributes: Transparent, highly responsible, professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive under high pressure.
