Job Description
A flexible packaging manufacture, we are looking for pontential candidates for Sales Manager position.
Sales Manager takes responsibility with Board of directors for sales activities: sales, customer’s services… according to market demand by scientific method, legal requirement in order to complete effectively general objective and firm development of company
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Make plan, objectives of Sales department. Organize and implement, speed up, control and report results of implementing objective to Board of Directors periodic or suddenly
- Coordinate with employees of Sales Department to define customer’s expectation (demand)
- Review and solve customer’s complaint, evaluate customer’s satisfaction
- Statistics and analyze data under control
- Popularize information, announcement, policy of Company to employees of Sales department
- Contact the other Departments for supporting Sales Department.
- Popularize plan and prices to Sales staff according to fluctuation of market and control of director board.
- Review all agreements and contracts with customers relating to sales activities before signing of DirectorSolving issues as assigned by Board of Director
- Beside the above, reponsibility of Sales Manager is regulated specific in other documents as ISO 9001 requirements
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experince in Sale of Packaging sector
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyse the market data/SWOT
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
