Job Description
Our client is a professional advertising agency, we are looking for dynamic, proactive and creative talent for Senior Account Manager position with details:
- Taking a lead in clients’ marketing and advertising strategies
- Leading a team to provide the utmost level of client satisfaction
- Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis and manage clients’ expectations
- Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
- Working with other senior managers to generate new accounts
- Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Develop and manage projects/programs, including concept proposals, implementation plan, staffing plan, budget and timeline
- Manage suppliers & subcontractors as & when required
- Report to clients on project management/program status
- Other relevant tasks will be assigned by Director
- Know well advertising working process to control each step to deliver good for client
- Experience of problem solving
- Update market trend and competitor’s activities to update team and client
- Negotiate skill to deal with all partners
- Do all documents paper work as job required
- Keep and build good relationship with client
- Willing spend more time working if job requests
Job Requirement
- Having at least 5 years working experience in IMC, Trade Marketing (Marketing Communications) and working in advertising agencies with experience in ATL & BTL
- Prefer having digital experience
- Holding college or bachelor degree;
- The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level;
- A persuasive and confident approach in client service manner;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Effective team management capabilities;
- Detail and result oriented;
- Proactive, dynamic, creative;
- Excellent command of spoken & written English
- Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of Advertising industry and International clients
- Management skill: has ability of managing, supervising, operating and solving assigned tasks in SOW (making the action plan, monitoring advertising campaign, managing the production process of advertising materials, signals, exhibition,…)
