Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the food ingredients industry? We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our international trading company, specializing in savory or sweet ingredients and flavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the food industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in both savory and sweet product lines.
- Collaborate with the R&D and marketing teams to meet client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in food ingredients, flavors, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of both savory and sweet products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
