Senior Bottom Engineer

We are looking for 'Shoe Dog' talents for Senior Component Engineer/Manager position with duties:

• To enhance technical perfection and optimize productivity of bottom structures, which determine footwear functionality and performance.
• To shorten development lead times by identifying potential defects during the tooling design stage.
• To ensure quality stability by controlling physical and chemical variables when introducing new compounds and materials.
• Technical communication/negotiation skills with global clients.
• Training skills for a technical succession plan in the Bottom Engineering team.

• Minimum over 15 years in footwear Bottom Engineering
• Knowledge of injection, compression molding, and innovative process automation.
• Coherent & logical communication skills in English/Korean to provide solution descriptions to the team and customers.
• Digital friendly capability: Engineering software, OA (Office Automation), AI tools, and Company Systems.
