Senior Component Engineer/Manager

We are looking for 'Shoe Dog' talents for Senior Component Engineer/Manager position with duties:

• Shoe Dog (Shoe lover): passion for shoes & trendy to market & technology
• Ability to deliver professional and precise treatment/process engineering & decision to select the most proper treatment type and suppliers per the required concept intent
• Unrivaled expertise in treatment engineering (Treatment Ingredient, Process, Machines, Quality, Costing)
• Broad-based networking & skills with T1/T2/T3 Suppliers
• Comprehensive understanding of development and shoe-making processes
• Deep understanding of footwear materials  and expertise in physical property testing and treatment process & chemical compatibility analysis.
• Analytical understanding of lead time per treatment, capacity per supplier, and outsourcing planning.
• Strong costing awareness and commercial mindset
• Treatment Process Automation Knowledge (Printing, Molding, Spraying, transferring...)
• Coherent & logical communication skills in English to provide a solution description to the problem for the team and customers.
• Digital friendly capability: Engineering software, OA(Office Automation), AI tools, Company System

•  Totally over 15 years of following experience in footwear industry

+ Minimum over 10 years in footwear treatment process/component industry (T2/T3)

+ Minimum over 5 years in T1 Development
