As the Quality Management Manager, you are the leader of the quality department. You manage the supervisors who check our products and serve as the final expert to solve quality problems before they are sent to senior leadership. Your mission is to ensure every insole meets our high standards for performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee Quality Processes: Manage all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) workflows.

Monitor Daily Production: Review production schedules , visit workshops daily to check progress , and verify all final inspection reports.

Manage Testing & Samples: Collect product samples for lab and chemical testing and manage a "keep-sample" library for two years.

Ensure Correct Shipping: Double-check that labels and quantities are correct and ensure shipping containers are clean and undamaged before loading.

Lead and Grow the Team: Hire new staff , organize team-building , and mentor supervisors to help them improve their skills.

Manage Risks: Identify potential delays or quality issues early and make the final recommendation on whether an order is good enough to ship.
Exigence de l'emploi
-
7+ years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in a leadership role within the Asia region.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality management systems.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all level
• Fluency in Mandarin language; English language capability is a plus
