Senior Production Manager

As the Senior Manufacturing Manager, you are the top leader for our manufacturing operations in Vietnam and China. You will manage the Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Tier 2 Manager(s), helping them guide their teams and projects. You serve as the final problem-solver for the region, fixing major issues before they ever need to reach the Associate Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Safety: Partner with leadership to create manufacturing plans that are cost-effective, efficient, and prioritize the safety of the entire regional team.

• Design to Production: Lead the "commercialization" process, which means successfully moving a product from the design/technical stage into full-scale mass production.

• Operations & Assets: Oversee all factory processes and take full responsibility for company assets, including testing equipment, molds, samples, and computers.

• Efficiency Expert: Constantly look for ways to use Lean manufacturing, automation, and better process designs to cut costs and improve productivity.

• Quality & Reliability: Maintain strict quality control systems and personally participate in "wear tests" to ensure our insoles meet high standards.

• Team Leadership: Build a high-performing culture of accountability and mentor managers to help them grow in their careers.

• Risk Management: Identify and report potential risks related to safety, environmental standards, and ethical manufacturing practices.

   

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality management systems.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all level
• Fluency in Mandarin language; English language capability is a plus.
