Description du poste

As the Supply Planning Supervisor, your main goal is to make sure customer orders are finished and shipped on time. You will be the point person for monitoring factory progress in Vietnam and fixing any delays before they become problems. You'll work closely with other departments to keep production moving smoothly and report directly to the Director of Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track Production: Watch daily factory schedules to spot potential delays early and give "early warnings" to the team.

  • Coordinate Teams: Work with Planning to ensure raw materials are ready and with Manufacturing to make sure quality checks are done on time for shipping.

  • Solve Delays: Take charge of urgent orders or re-making products that had quality issues to ensure they still meet deadlines.

  • Report Risks: Keep the Director of Sourcing updated on production progress and immediately flag any major risks or issues.

  •

Improve Systems: Help build and improve the systems used to track lead times so the whole process becomes more efficient.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Join meetings with other departments to solve tricky order issues and ensure everyone is on the same page regarding timing.

Exigence de l'emploi

  •  A Bachelor’s degree in Business.

  •  At least 5 years managing production timing in a manufacturing setting (footwear experience is a plus).

  •  At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a team.

  • Must be fluent in both English and Chinese.

  • Knowing how Vietnam-based factories operate and their production capacity is a major advantage.

  • You should be a great problem-solver who can motivate others and communicate clearly with different types of people
