Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will be a key driver in bringing our medical devices to market and ensuring their success. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic marketing expertise, and strong technical knowledge to effectively manage product lifecycles, from market research to go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Analysis
- Analyze market trends and size, and conduct comprehensive competitive analysis on products, business strategies, and marketing to support product strategy development.
- Create comprehensive and in-depth reports of market and competitor insights on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Compile and evaluate sales performance across different markets and accounts.
2. Product Marketing Strategy
- Develop annual marketing plans for each product, detailing activities and managing the corresponding budget.
- Build holistic marketing programs for strategic product lines, executing campaigns to enhance product awareness and market presence.
- Present and introduce products at industry conferences, seminars, or on-site events at client facilities.
- Support the sales team with training, new technique development for customers, and assist with collaboration and sponsorship programs.
- Manage and update all marketing materials and sales tools.
3. Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution
- Research real-world usage demands for new products in the Vietnamese market and develop a pre-feasibility report before launching.
- Support the development of the GTM plan, including market entry strategy, pricing policy, sales forecasts, marketing & sales collateral, and promotional activities with budget allocation.
- Master product knowledge, indications, and new techniques to effectively train the sales team.
4. Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with relevant departments to execute assigned tasks and functions.
- Support company cultural activities and events, such as team-building, mid-year/year-end reviews, and family day.
Job Requirement
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience as a Product Marketer or Product Manager, preferably in a medical device industry.
- Demonstrated experience in a full product launch cycle, from planning to execution.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a must.
