Job Description

  • Review sales contracts, process contract terminations, and track payments due.
  • Translate or assist in coordinating translations with outsourced companies.
  • Receive, present for approval, and distribute documents to departments according to the correct authorization.
  • Assist the department head in preparing work progress reports, track job processing, product sales information, dates, stock quantities, etc., from S&OP of sales channels, and compile this information in tracking files.
  • Store customer information (policies, contracts, data, contact lists, various documents, certifications, etc.).
  • Archive and manage the Sales Department's documents, including sales policies, price lists, promotions, and provide information to the Sales team as needed.
  • Find suppliers and sample suitable products per customer requests (for domestic trade cases).
  • Monitor product samples sent to customers and POSM items.
  • Ensure the accuracy of stored data.
  • Participate in Sales team meetings, note down meeting content and tasks, and support follow-up actions to meet deadlines.
  • Schedule internal meetings and inform supervisors and relevant departments for participation.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and reports as required.
  • Assist with event support when needed; Support product displays on new store shelves.
  • Monitor and understand product registration and import progress.
  • Receive orders and prepare requests for dispatch.
  • Support Logistics when needed.

 

Job Requirement

  • Proficient in English or Japanese.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Preferably with experience in the Retail, wholesale, FMCG industry.
