Job Description
- Responsible for marketing and selling raw materials in the food production industry.
- Strive to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct customer visits to understand and identify their needs; collaborate with the LAB staff to provide technical consulting and support for customers in developing new product lines.
- Regularly survey the market in related industries to monitor trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and develop the current customer base while building and expanding new customer relationships; establish strong connections with clients.
- Address issues related to products and services, ensuring the delivery of the best possible service to customers.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the food additive industry.
- Proficient in reading and understanding technical documents in English; good communication skills; able to participate in training sessions conducted by foreign experts.
- Proficient in office software.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure.
- Strong sales, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, honest, and willing to provide support
