Job Description
- Setting goals and planning for teams and departments (half-yearly)
- Planning and implementing strategies to improve business performance (including new business development)
- Optimizing and streamlining business processes
- Managing member progress and evaluating results (Across the board )
- Guidance and training of subordinates, evaluation and feedback
- Motivation and team building
- Coordination with other departments
- Reporting to management and decision-making support
- Identifying issues and problems and implementing countermeasures
- Predicting and managing business risks
Job Requirement
- Around 10 years of experience in FMCG ( GT, MT market both necessary)
- Ability to manage departments across the board
- Self-reflection
- Logical and able to grasp the overall picture of the business
- Flexible thinking for new challenges or situations
