Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance local sales revenue, focusing on direct customers rather than co-loaders.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, goals, and budgets through effective planning and execution.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Provide actionable market intelligence to shape sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through regular sales calls and visits.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and credit terms with customers, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
  • Representing the company at industry events such as exhibitions and conferences to build brand visibility and network with potential customers.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance targets.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry
  • High achiever, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Team player, flexible, hands-on with interpersonal skills and time management
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Possess ability to build relationships with both internal and external teams.
  • University graduated.
  • Experience in CargoWise ERP system would be an added advantage.
